Lucid.Spectra.BaselineCorrection

Perform baseline correction using one of the following methods:

  • poly: polynomial fitting.

  • poly-iter: “Automated Method for Subtraction of Fluorescence from Biological Raman Spectra”, Lieber and Mahadevan-Jansen 2003, Applied Spectroscopy.

  • unispline: univariate spline.

  • exp: exponential background.

  • log: logarithmic background.

  • rubberband: rubberband baseline fitting.

  • als: “Baseline Correction with Asymmetric Least Squares Smoothing”, Eilers and Boelens 2005.
