Workflows¶
The top-level menu (or equivalently the context-menu on a workflow) contains various menu commands, for example to create a new workflow, or to rename a workflow.
Workflows are initially in a stopped draft state for editing. Start the workflow to activate it and run it. Stop the workflow for further editing of the workflow steps.
Deleting¶
Obsoleting a workflow is a form of soft deletion. The workflow still exists and can be unobsoleted again by starting it.
To delete a workflow permanently, an admin user should use the Disk Space UI.
Remarks¶
Workflow remarks are a place for any short textual notes. Optionally markdown formatting can be used.
