Lucid.mSEM.CombineAndSegment

This task type uses CLIP for combining mSEM tiles into one large 2D image, and segmenting Ag-nanowires. This is the entire segmentation workflow “all-in-one” in a single task.

This does not perform any advanced stitching. The tile and their coordinates are found by parsing the input file.

Different datasets (with different resolutions) may require different segmentation parameters. For example:

• 20nm resolution seems to work well with nudt=16 and morph_margin=3.5

• 10nm resolution seems to work well with nudt=40 and morph_margin=10
