Lucid.Util.ExportImageToUserDataFolder

Export an image to one of the supported file formats.

Supported Formats

• OMNI (.omni)

• AIM ( .aim; via IPL or core)

• MHD (.mhd)

• NIFTI (.nii)

• Nrrd (.nrrd)

• TIFF (.tif; 3D or optionally 2D slice stacks; grayscale, RGB color, binary mask or multi-value segment images.)

• DICOM (.dcm; not recommended; not intended as conformant DICOM metadata; must be customized before use.)

• VTK (.vtk)

• VTK Image (.vti)
