Lucid.Core.LocalOrientation

This task type calculates a local orientation at each pixel.

Angle

• 2D: Angle to positive X-axis between 0° and 180° degrees.

• 3D: Angle to reference direction between 0° and 90° degrees.

Methods

• fit-ellipsoid: For binary images containing segmented structures.

• minimum-variance: For grayscale images.
