Lucid.Core.AutoVOI

This task type automatically defines a VOI (Volume of Interest).

The VOI is based on a threshold to identify the foreground. The bounding box (with optional margin) of the foreground objects is used as the VOI.

Optional morphological closing and opening operations can be used to ignore spurious small foreground structures. Also component labeling can be used to only consider the main foreground object.
