This task type uses a stardist model to segment / label an image.

• 2D single channel fluorescent nuclei segmentation: 2D_versatile_fluo

• 2D single channel H&E nuclei: ‘2D_versatile_he’

• Custom model via file in models folder (indicated by environment variable STARDIST_MODELS`).
