Example.numpy.SliceGeometry

This task type calculates the slice geometry for each Z-slice in the image.

• z: slice number

• centroid_x: centroid x-coordinate

• centroid_y: centroid y-coordinate

• theta: angle of major axis

• Rmin: maximum chord length from minor axis

• Rmax: maximum chord length from major axis

• Imin: second moment of area around minor axis

• Imax: second moment of area around major axis

• Ipm: product moment of area

• Zmax: section modulus around major axis (Imax / R1)

• Zmin: section modulus around minor axis (Imin / R2)

• Zpolar: Polar section modulus
