This task type installs a dataset for training nnunet v2.
Label names¶
The pixel_value_objects OMNI metadata can be used to define different foreground label names.
Use e.g. Lucid.Core.Combine to define them.
If none are defined, all foreground pixel values are considered to belong to one foreground class.
The background class must always be (only) pixel value 0.
Hierarchical labels¶
Region-based training can use hierarchical labels. Use dotted names to define substructures:
